Betty’s Happy Hour Example

No going out on a venture yesterday.     It was cold and windy only reaching about 58* so everybody stayed inside most of the day.  I sat under a throw all day.

When you are at Betty’s RV Park you quickly learn that having dinner isn’t necessary.  It’s best to have lunch and then just “graze” on the snacks brought for happy hour.

Sometimes people bring cheese and crackers or a bowl of mixed nuts, but the group we’re here with now like to cook so we are getting nearly a whole meal at happy hour.

Last night we had chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches, then two people brought potato skins, there was Mexican cornbread with meat in the middle, cheese and pickled asparagus, these lovely bruschetta

and I made hummus

You certainly won’t go hungry when you come to Betty’s.
