Why do dogs…….

No matter how long I take before making the bed in the morning, the minute it is made both our dogs jump up there and burrow themselves under the covers.

If I make the bed immediately after arising, they are there making big humps in the middle of the bed.

If I’m on the computer for two hours and then make the bed, they wait until I do and THEN head for the top of the bedspread and crawl under the sheet and go back to bed.

And when I undo the bed to go do laundry….look what I find when I return….making himself at home under the comforter and pillows….that’s Chorizo

Ah, but pets are children to us on the road and bless us with unconditional love and companionship.  What would we do without them?
