Must be the time of the year because I have been busy cleaning….gave Poncho a bath, defrosted and cleaned the freezer and fridge. Today I’ll dust and clean all the mirrors…why do RVs have so many mirrors?
Since we will be leaving Betty’s on Sunday, I wanted to go eat at Riverfront as it was the only favorite restaurant left that we hadn’t eaten at this time around. Pretty soon most of the gang was going and Betty had to make reservations for 25 people. That pretty much took over most of the seating in the smaller Riverfront that is the result of the fire.
Considering that the food is cooked in an adjacent food truck serving as their kitchen, the food was very good, though cooled by transporting it outside from the food truck into the restaurant.

We had the added pleasure of seeing the nearby bridge opening being lifted to allow a barge pass through. The whole center part of the bridge lifts straight up in the air. This just doesn’t happen that often so it was fun to see it lift….
So we’ve eaten in all our favorite places so it’s time to leave….ha-ha-ha. One last big adventure Saturday and then we leave Sunday to Ocean Spring, MS overnight and then on to Pensacola, FL for two weeks. Stay tuned to blog postings of our adventures.
Remember, you are loved.
Love it but sad to miss it!! Miss you all. Ann
