Sunday we had a potluck for no particular reason. There was lots of varied food that was all delicious. Christy made a delicious potato soup and Jay fixed his Nearly World Famous Pork Chops. Jim made his Cajun Pulled Pork that he learned to make at the Museum Café in Erath on our first trip to this area in 2011. Betty arranged for us to sing Christmas carols at three nursing homes. So after we ate we worked on the songs we will be singing. There are some nice voices here at the park and it was fun to sing together.

We’re so lucky to have Dodo and Dan to accompany us. Just another wonderful day at Betty’s RV Park.
