Betty’s RV Park Layout

This RV park is like no other you will ever encounter IMHO.  From the looks of it you probably would pass on it.

Betty’s house sits in the middle front part of the park and the SEVENTEEN full hookup sites form a semi-circle around her….kind of like a mother hen and her chicks.

To say we are close together would be an understatement, for sure.  We are more like in the range of “Grey Poupon” closeness! There’s room for five or six rigs hugging close to the sides of Betty’s house with ten or eleven rigs side-by-side around the outer semi-circle. And we all absolutely LOVE being close here.  This isn’t “staying at an RV park”….this is “a happening at Betty’s”.

With happy hours every day at 4:30 p.m. (which most everyone attends) you get to know everyone real fast so you don’t mind being two feet from your neighbor….you are all family after one night at Betty’s and then happy hour is like sitting down at the family dinner table, chatting about your day, where you went, what you ate, what you saw…….

Then there are the quirky things around Betty’s grounds that bring a chuckle.

This is her Teacup Garden.

Then there’s Betty’s revised Bottle Garden in a vertical design.

Here’s what she did with a desk, painted by Lory Bourgeois a frequent guest and the in-house folk artist.

Wood pieces shaped like animals are painted up and “caged” and a fountain made from odds and ends.

Lory painted a storage shed with whimsical frogs and a cute sign.

Here’s the new deck.

Betty arranges so many activities it’s like you are on an arranged tour.   Betty’s RV Park is a place you come with nothing to do and then you have no time to do anything else.

Remember, you are loved.

    Howdy Bobbie & Jim,
NOW I SEE WHY BETTY'S IS SO POPULAR!!! It's fantastic, but how in the world do they have room to maneuver those 40' RVs??? It is so whimsical and eclectic.... I love it!!
