Many folks who read our blog have contacted me about working at amazon.com and I’m always happy to provide them with information. We just received notice that amazon.com will be represented at the Florida RV Show in Tampa. And although they will not have a booth at the show, per se, they are interviewing people at a nearby hotel. Here is the specifics:
Amazon will be in Tampa, Florida January 12th thru January 16th during the Florida RV Super Show conducting interviews for seasonal campers to work in one of our fulfillment centers during the 2011 holiday season. We will be at the Crowne Plaza in Tampa located at 10221 Princess Palm Avenue. If you have even a “slight” interest or curiosity about working at amazon.com, I highly recommend you go to the Crowne Plaza and ask your questions and get the information to assist you in making your decision. They are really good people and this is a great seasonal job for the right person who is realistic about the physical demands of the job.

Bobbie, where is the Nevada fulfillment center?
ReplyDeleteDonna, the Nevada FC is located in Fernley close to Reno. Gets pretty cold there and it also snows there. Last year they hired 100 workampers I think.
