Up here in Granby, Colorado, we certainly in a pretty area. There is still a lot of snow on the mountain tops; in fact, this afternoon we saw a snowstorm dumping a bunch of snow on a nearby mountain top.
This is on our drive to Silverthorne, Colorado, about two weeks ago.
Our trip to Nederland brought a different kind of beauty.
Now I’d like to show you our little piece of heaven here at Stillwater Campground in Granby. These are the views from our back window…breathtaking isn’t it? We are on top of a hill and look down on US Highway 34.
We are only six miles from Grand Lake which we enjoy very much. Cute little shops and cafes. We are enjoying this area very much.
Remember, you are loved.

You really will like that area. I'm sure it has grown a lot since we were there.
ReplyDeleteWonderful pics. We have to spend a whole summer in Colorado sometime in the future.
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is a beautiful area. I am wondering if you like it better than what you were doing. Change is sometimes a good thing even if it was not what we preferred at the time. I am so happy that you have a beautiful new place to spend your summer. I do hope it works out to be a blessing to you both.
ReplyDeleteI love your pictures and your blog!! I really look forward to reading it and miss it when you aren't able to post. You have such a wonderful positive attitude and your posts always make me smile!!

ReplyDeleteThe snow looks great considering that we are now at 115' here and it is supposed to get warmer in another day or so.
I was hoping to meet up with you folks one of these days but so far it has not been possible.
Here is wishing you the best summer ever and have fun.
