We are having the time of our lives here at Betty’s RV Park this month. Soooo much to do everyday and night.
I can either enjoy all the activities or blog about what I did yesterday…..but I can’t do both. So I’ve decided to enjoy the present and all the activities.
I will try to put out some blogs soon, I promise.
Had a crawfish boil, went on a swamp tour, went to three markets buying veggies, had Sunday brunch, visited a plantation house, went to a couple of French jam sessions, ate raw oysters, ate out for lunch at least 10 times in the last two weeks, had happy hour every day and laughed until I almost wet myself.
So I’ll catch up with you’ll later. We’re off to Suire’s Kitchen for lunch and then Touchet’s for their jam session this afternoon.
Tomorrow we’ve having a St. Patrick’s Day celebration with another crawfish boil and corned beef and cabbage…..ONLY IN LOUISIANA!!!
